2007? What 2007?
After a year away from blogging this space, dogs, it's about time for at least a brief roundup of the year.
Gained a house.
Lost a cat. This note and photo were sent around to our neighbours & friends on our old street.
Henry
Small cat with a big tail and a big heart.

On the afternoon of Thursday May 24,
Henry the Cat was struck and killed by a car on Lesmount Avenue.
Henry lived with Jeff and Bev at 74 Lesmount, but you probably saw him around your yard too. He came to us in July of 2005 along with his companion Richard and immediately claimed all the back yards in the area as his personal territory. We worried about him every minute he was outdoors, but Henry was a free spirit and would not have been happy as an indoor cat, so we let him be himself.
His life was too short, but he was loved dearly while he was with us.
We miss him terribly.
A donation has been made to the Toronto Humane Society in Henry’s memory.
Took a vacation.
Watched an entire triathlon season go by without racing. Injuries, illness, moving, and the summer was over.
Lost a bike. Because some crackhead scumbag swiped it while it was parked outside at work, in spite of a squad of OPP security personnel. No photo available.
Not much else to report, really.
