How
to use the calculator:
- Enter
the distances for your race.
- Enter
the conditions on race day. If they were good, indicate that.
The tougher the conditions, the higher your performance factor
(PF) will be for a given time.
- Enter
your exact time.
- Hit
Calculate and see your total distance, total time, overal race
pace and PF.
To
compare results from different races or for different people,

you can see, the longer the race, the higher the relative PF.
I haven't included sprints here because of the wide variance in
distances between individual races.
